Versatile finishes for every style
The finish of a chair base plays a crucial role in the overall look of furniture designs. That's why GAIA is available in two premium finishes: polished (AP) and textured black powder-coated (AB), and it’s also offered in an unfinished (PPC) version. “Whether you're aiming for a modern, industrial look or a sleek, glossy finish, GAIA offers options that suit your vision."

Replaceable spindles
The GAIA base can be equipped with a BIFMA-tested swivel spindle, onto which a seat plate of your choice can be mounted. For situations where seat fixation is necessary, a non-rotating spindle option is also available, particularly suitable for a GAIA base with wheels.

Protection and mobility with Smart Glides
"Another flexible feature that GAIA offers is the option to integrate Smart Glides. This innovative system with replaceable inserts protects both the chair and the floor in the long run. The 20 mm glides are available in two variants: felt for hard floors and nylon for soft surfaces. With Smart Glides, the chair remains easy to move without damaging the floors, while stability and mobility stay perfectly balanced."
